**Job Summary**
Participates and supports strategic initiatives across the CAE Group. Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of various improvements to the audit lifecycle and operational processes.
**Job Description**
**What will you do?**
- Perform user research, prototyping, wireframing, and/or experience mapping.
- Design, develop, and own process improvements enabled by technology.
- Partner with technology partners to develop innovative ways to solve challenges within the CAE Group.
- Build executive presentations, develop strategy, and communicate the business value of projects.
**Must Have**
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Excellent problem-solving and proven analytical skills, with a high degree of initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate multi-tasking skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and think outside the box to develop solutions.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with business presentations.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and working with end users and clients to understand their needs.
- Interest and understanding of up-and-coming technology and methodologies.
**Eligibility**
In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either:
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e., are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully.
