**Job Summary**
As a Business Transformation Summer Analyst within RBC Capital Market’s Business Transformation & Governance (BT&G) group, you will support RBC’s regulatory and transformational projects across multiple Business and IT teams in RBC. We are looking for a high-performing individual to work closely with Business Transformation Program Leads to assist in various project management activities, including managing, tracking, and reporting on project delivery.

**What will you do?**
- Create and maintain project artifacts, meeting materials, reports, and status updates
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and milestones
- Assist with communications and track action items to closure
- Develop relationships and coordinate across teams to facilitate project execution
- Contribute ideas and concerns, escalating issues for resolution

**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must-have:**
- General knowledge of the Financial Services industry
- Excellent communication skills; ability to interact effectively with project managers, team members, and senior business stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
- SharePoint usage and development experience

**Nice-to-have:**
- Capital Markets product and regulatory knowledge
