**What is the opportunity?**
RBC is seeking an Analyst to join our Financial Crimes (FC) Function. You will be considered for roles within:
- FC Policies Team
- FC Controls Office
- FC Business Management Team
- FC Training and Communications
- FC Integrated Practice Management Team
- FC Crimes Reporting Team
**What will you do?**
- Analyze, design, deliver, and implement development projects and processes.
- Ensure project activities are accomplished within approved time frames, scope, and budgets.
- Contribute actively to your team and the RBC development community.
- Seek out better ways to perform tasks, utilizing new tools, technologies, and processes.
- Work on transformational projects that deliver new value.
- Collaborate as part of an agile team responsible for end-to-end delivery of business needs.
**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must-have:**
- Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution.
- Leadership acumen and a passion for applying it in a dynamic business environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written).
- Creative and analytical thinker, self-driven, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
**Nice-to-have:**
- Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry.
- Understanding of laws and regulations within Canada.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts.

**Additional Details:**
- **Position Type:** 4-month Summer 2025 Student Placement (May 2025 - August 2025).
- **Eligibility:** Must be returning to school after the placement or require the work term for graduation.
