**Job Summary:**
RBC is seeking candidates for Quality Engineering or Automation Co-op positions available across RBC Technology & Operations.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with the development of automated test plans and solutions.
- Create, update, and execute QA testing plans.
- Support programming testing tools for internal use.
- Maintain and provide accurate testing status reports.
- Document test results according to defined tools.
- Support upgrades to the testing environment.
- Automate reporting processes using Blue Prism, VBA, and SQL.
- Apply data warehouse concepts and methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to development standards and guidelines.

**Qualifications:**
**Must-Have:**
- Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution focusing on computer science, technology, or engineering.
- Leadership skills and a passion for applying them in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Creative, analytical thinker capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of QA methods, testing approaches, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Experience in SQL and/or VBA.
- Knowledge of design, development, and implementation using current analytics technologies.

**Nice-to-Have:**
- Automation expertise (Blue Prism, etc.) and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Elastic).
- Prior experience in data integration of disparate data sources.
- Relational database concepts and design experience.
