**Job Description**
We are seeking a Summer intern for a Technology/Developer role, which may include positions such as Software Developer, Quant Developer, Operations Analyst, Cybersecurity Analyst, IT Risk Analyst, and QA Automation Analyst to join the RBC Wealth Management Team. If you are passionate about learning IT operations and technical support, we encourage you to apply.

**What Will You Do?**
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle: design, implementation, and rollout of production systems.
- Create and review technical design documents and facilitate meetings to design, troubleshoot, and enhance development.
- Monitor email queues and respond to issues/requests promptly.
- Create ServiceNow tickets and assign them to relevant support teams.
- Create and maintain knowledge documents and design assets, including user journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Engage in tech support projects as needed and perform issue investigation and troubleshooting using available resources.
- Monitor and improve the availability of software solutions and data integration batch jobs.
- Conduct manual access reviews and role recertification.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on RBC's compliance standards.
- Manage and conduct Non-Personal ID & Password Access Management remediation projects.

**What Do You Need to Succeed?**
*Must Have:*
- Major in computer science or a related field.
- Expertise in SQL, C#, Java, NodeJS, and Python; Microsoft technologies can be beneficial.
- Experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Knowledge of mobile device support (iPhones, iPads, Android).
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Nice to Have:*
- Knowledge of supporting a trade floor environment.
- Understanding of Active Directory.
- Familiarity with trading systems such as Bloomberg or Reuters products.

**Eligibility Requirements:**
To qualify for these positions, candidates must either be returning to school after the work term or require the full work term as a mandatory component to graduate.
