**Position Summary:**
We are looking for an AI Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will utilize advanced technologies to enhance business processes and drive innovation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-based solutions that address diverse challenges, from automating business tasks to optimizing chemical production processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Validate the feasibility of new technologies and methods to maximize value while ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- Integrate AI developments into existing workflows and solutions.
- Continuously improve and optimize AI solutions for enhanced accuracy, scalability, computational efficiency, and compliance.
- Stay updated on AI advancements and foster a learning culture within the organization.

**Qualifications:**
- M.Sc./PhD degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related engineering field.
- Comprehensive understanding of deep learning algorithms and architectures.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing AI applications for business problem-solving and innovation.
- Extensive hands-on experience with training, fine-tuning, and applying both large and small language models.
- Proficiency in designing and developing multi-agent systems.
- Strong software development skills with significant experience in Python and AI frameworks.
- Experience in complex systems engineering and reliable AI applications in industrial environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication abilities.
