**Job Title:** Analyst - Regulatory Client Outreach
**Location:** Toronto, ON – Work Hybrid
**Job Description:**
On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, Procom is seeking an Analyst - Regulatory Client Outreach. The incumbent will report to the Director and collaborate with the current associate on secondment, as well as other members of the Regulatory team.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Execute and facilitate regulatory client outreach activities.
- Ensure compliance with new and existing regulatory requirements.
- Support strategic initiatives within the Client Services and Data Management team.
- Perform data reconciliation, record-keeping, and data entry tasks.
- Deploy and create new data management tools.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Front Office, Legal, Credit, Operations, and global colleagues in London and Hong Kong.
**Mandatory Skills:**
- 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Client Onboarding, or Trade Control/Trade Desk Support, preferably in Capital Markets.
- Familiarity with Capital Markets clientele and products.
- Experience working with institutional clients such as asset managers, insurance companies, pensions, and sovereign wealth funds.
- Strong research, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Technical proficiency and comfort with technology and software applications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship management skills with a focus on customer service.
- Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment in financial services, including Dodd Frank, CSA, EMIR, MiFID, HKMA, MAS, ASIC, CAT NMS, and CIRO (IIROC).
- Knowledge of Retail, Commercial, and Wealth Business clients in Financial Institutions.
- Data management experience and applicable techniques.
- Ability to learn and apply new business or workflow processes.
- Innovative and creative problem-solving skills.
**Assignment Start Date:** ASAP – 12 months to start.
