**Overview:**
The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), North America's third largest transit system, is looking for an Analyst, Operational Performance. This role will provide strategic support for performance management initiatives within the Transportation & Vehicles Group, leveraging operations, safety, and customer experience data.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze operations-related data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Access, clean, and organize raw data for regular and ad-hoc analyses.
- Create charts, graphs, heat maps, and other data visuals to enhance data accessibility.
- Identify trends and provide statistical information and strategic support.
- Develop and customize dashboards to meet internal client needs.
- Ensure data reliability and identify quality issues for continuous improvement.
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits and monitoring.
- Respond to surveys and keep abreast of industry best practices and technologies.
- Support a diverse and respectful work environment in line with TTC commitments and obligations.
**Qualifications:**
- Completion of a University Degree or College Diploma in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience handling large amounts of data.
- Proficiency in statistical methods and tools, specifically Microsoft Excel and data visualization software (e.g., MicroStrategy, PowerBI).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the Ontario Human Rights Code and accessibility requirements is preferred.
- Experience in public transportation, Python, and ArcGIS is an asset.
