In the Supply Analytics team, you will be responsible for identifying new partners, cultivating relationships, and delivering the best outcomes for our end customers. You will manage day-to-day partner interactions while working closely with various teams within Agoda to meet partner needs. Our team members are empowered to grow their accounts, leveraging Agoda's unique accommodations portfolio and tech solutions to drive significant revenue.

**The Opportunity:**
As an Analyst/Senior Analyst, you will report directly to senior management within the Supply Department. You will be responsible for translating internal briefs into analytical projects, analyzing data from multiple sources, and presenting your findings to a variety of stakeholders. Your initiatives will focus on improving organizational efficiency and scaling data-driven insights within the Supply organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Translate internal briefs into analytical projects and present statistically strong analysis.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the supply network and across the business.
- Lead projects aimed at enhancing how the Supply organization leverages data and insights.
- Automate manual operational processes and document time savings achieved.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed:**
- 3-5+ years of experience as an Analyst in analytics/data science/insights/strategy/BI.
- Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software, including Excel and Python (or R).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative subject (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics, or finance).
- Good understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership.
- Experience in A/B testing and deriving business insights from data.

**Ideal Qualifications:**
- MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Program management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
- Experience in Asian markets and within the travel, e-commerce, tech, or consulting industries.
