**Job Title: MDM Analyst**

**Job Description:**

The MDM Analyst will play a critical role in the maintenance and management of product and supplier master data within the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data while adhering to established data governance standards. The MDM Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain and manage master data records, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established governance standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to integrate item-level data into the system.
- Support the processes of data entry, update, and validation for product and supplier master data.
- Work closely with commercial and technical teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
- Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows related to data maintenance.
- Conduct regular audits and data quality checks to detect and correct discrepancies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map and analyze operational processes, identifying opportunities for data optimization and process improvement.
- Support ERP implementation projects by aligning master data requirements and ensuring seamless integration.
- Monitor and report key data quality indicators, providing recommendations for improving data management processes.
- Assist in training and onboarding end-users to ensure adherence to data governance standards and practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MDM tools and data management platforms.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation is a plus.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in data management or a similar role, preferably within a retail or multichannel organization.
- Experience in the retail sector with a solid understanding of merchandising, supply chain, and inventory management.
- Proven experience in MDM management within a global or multichannel organization.
