**Job Description Summary:**
PODS and related applications are utilized for the storage of transaction history, customer profile information, limit utilization data, and other data use cases. All data transfer history stored in PODS is logged into Splunk via the Splunk forwarder. This application serves as a data provider for numerous REST APIs and acts as a repository for various payment rails and wires. The processing pipeline includes both batch and streaming via Kafka.
We are currently seeking an IT Support Analyst with strong logical and analytical thinking skills. The ideal candidate should have a background in CI/CD pipelines and Agile Scrum methodologies. ITIL certification or knowledge of related processes is highly appreciated.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create change records for releases and manage emergency and expedited changes by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Represent change review meetings and guide changes through the TD release workflow process.
- Lead go-live activities and communicate release notes upon successful deployments.
- Coordinate with external and internal vendors and clients regarding release communication and assist in integration testing efforts.
- Maintain documentation related to processes and procedures about release builds and distribution lists.
- Schedule packaging and new application releases, plan parallel work streams where possible.
- Collaborate with the L2 support team to manage incident management for outages and ensure timely issues/problem notification and resolution.
- Adhere to TD’s technology delivery practices and project management standards.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, including defining, reviewing, and testing.
- Monitor, configure, back-up, authenticate, and tune systems, ensuring defect-free programming and quality code.
**Required Experience:**
- Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence is considered an asset.
- Experience in Java/REST API and Kafka streaming pipeline development.
- NoSQL experience is a plus.
