**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a talented Animator responsible for creating dynamic and engaging animations that bring characters, scenes, and stories to life. This role requires collaboration with the creative team to develop animation concepts, produce high-quality animation sequences, and ensure alignment with project vision and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and produce animations for various media, including digital platforms, in-store displays, online videos, and advertising.
- Create compelling characters, movements, and visual effects that enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop animation concepts and storyboards.
- Translate ideas and scripts into animated sequences that align with project goals.
- Utilize animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) to create and refine animations.
- Ensure technical accuracy and quality standards of animations.
- Work closely with directors, designers, and other team members to integrate animations with other project elements.
- Accept and incorporate feedback to refine and improve animations.
- Maintain organized files and assets related to animation projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and apply new techniques to enhance animation quality.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, movement, and storytelling.
- Experience with AI is a plus.

**Work Model:**
This position requires presence in the office at least three days per week to promote collaboration and success in our office culture.
