**Job Posting: Area Manager, Print & Digital Services**

**Role Overview:**
The Area Manager, Print & Digital Services (AM) is responsible for collaborating with clients to build relationships and grow revenue within their assigned accounts. The role focuses on driving Print and Digital Services revenue and managing client retention and satisfaction. This position is quota-bearing and includes both unmanaged account acquisition and expansion within managed accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Print and Digital Services Solutions.
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Maximize deal profitability through effective sales strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of systems and client information.
- Build and deliver business reviews, pricing, and proposals.
- Manage the sales cycle from discovery to closing.
- Ensure data accuracy within hubView (CRM) for all accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with managed accounts to retain and grow client relationships.
- Generate opportunities through in-person and virtual prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Qualify and close leads based on their needs and budgets.
- Maintain ongoing client communication to achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Meet key performance indicators and monitor progress towards targets.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
