**Why This Role is Important:**
As the Assistant Product Manager, Tabletop, you will play a key role in supporting the product development journey for our esteemed brands, including President’s Choice, Life at Home, and Everyday Essentials. This fast-paced position involves collaborating with the Product Manager to develop innovative products, driving growth in our current business.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor project management, development, and execution processes with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-strategy delivery of new products and updates.
- Upload and track data in internal systems.
- Support the Product Manager in organizing the packaging and design kick-off process to ensure team alignment with project strategy.
- Develop vendor-specific timelines and communicate deliverables required for on-time project launches.
- Chair weekly meetings to review project statuses and develop solutions for any barriers or delays.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and in-house teams for packaging artwork and circulation completion.
- Support the development of a strategic product plan that meets or exceeds category financial objectives.
- Manage sample preparation for design reviews and assist with business reviews using financial reporting and customer insights.

**Qualifications:**
- Well-developed project management skills are essential.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Post-secondary education required; experience in project management is an asset.

**Key Performance Indicators:**
- Timely delivery of product plans in alignment with approved strategies.
- Contribution to the achievement of defined performance objectives.
