**Position Overview:**
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all areas and be responsible for primary duties in their absence. We are looking for beauty leaders committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving store success.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Manage talent and inspire your team.
- Ensure customers enjoy a positive experience.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing store operations.
- Control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory effectively.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols.
- Promote an inclusive and diverse work environment.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
- At least 1 year of sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Self-starter with a focus on continuous learning and development in beauty.
- Passion for hair and beauty products.

**Physical Requirements:**
