**Position:** RIMOWA Assistant Store Manager

**Job Responsibilities:**

**Sales and Client Relations**
- Lead the team in achieving personal and store sales goals.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor.
- Provide insightful feedback to the Store Manager on product assortment, buying trends, and customer requests.
- Train the team in selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for RIMOWA and actively engage with the community.

**Team Management**
- Mentor the sales team on performance and foster professional development.
- Create a positive work environment that energizes the team.
- Apply and instill RIMOWA clienteling practices to enhance team performance.

**Stock and Inventory Management**
- Collaborate with the manager to align inventory with business needs.
- Oversee repair processes and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate stock management and efficient goods receipt and transfer.

**Operations**
- Ensure smooth operation of POS functions for accurate reporting.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
- Address facilities issues as they arise and control operational costs.

**Visual Merchandising**
- Curate merchandise and implement window displays according to company directives.
- Maintain all display fixtures, lighting, and marketing materials for an appealing environment.

**Profile:**
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of retail experience; luxury retail experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to drive sales and collaborate on marketing efforts.
- Strong existing network within the industry/community is an asset.
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
