**Job Title: Associate - TBI Advisory Team**

**Location:** Capital City, North Asia | **Contract:** 15-month fixed-term (with possible extension or conversion to full-time)

**Role Summary:**
We are seeking a talented Associate for our TBI Advisory Team to provide dedicated in-country support on our governmental programs. Associates will work closely with political leaders, engaging with senior clients including Ministers and Heads of State. This is not an entry-level role; candidates must have over three years of experience in related fields such as management consulting, government advisory, or policy.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support scoping teams in identifying opportunities for collaboration with governments and senior leaders.
- Assist in launching new country operations by building trust with government counterparts and managing project outputs.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis, producing high-quality deliverables for clients and senior leadership.
- Engage with senior client counterparts to gather requirements and present deliverables.
- Collaborate across TBI to ensure effective program delivery.
- Innovate and develop tools for efficient project management.
- Undertake complex political analyses to navigate political landscapes.

**Person Specification:**
- Experience in political staff roles, public service, management consulting, or similar fields.
- Personal passion for politics and strong political acumen.
- Team-oriented work ethos with a focus on collaboration and growth.
- Ability to conduct thorough analyses and produce high-quality insights.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership.
- Proactive and hands-on attitude, with an interest in technology and new software.
