**Role Overview**
As an Associate, you will work in a fast-growing and challenging environment alongside experts in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Visualization, and more. You will contribute to the growth of a practice dedicated to using data to inform Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and value creation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with clients to solve complex finance business challenges through data exploration and analytics.
- Develop advanced analytical solutions across service lines at Deloitte and with clients in multiple industries.
- Transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions that amplify stakeholder value.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Math, Commerce, Economics, Data Science, Business, Computer Science, Engineering).
- Demonstrated work experience in an analytical occupation (e.g., Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer).
- Working experience with at least one database tool (e.g., SQL, Python) and one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience designing and implementing data transformation processes to convert raw data into high-quality datasets.
- Strong communication skills to convey analytical results to business executives.
**Total Rewards**
- Salary range: $62,000 - $92,000 with eligibility for a bonus.
- Benefits include a $4,000 per year mental health support, a $1,300 flexible benefits spending account, 38+ days off (including firm-wide closures), and flexible work arrangements.
