**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Leadership in Digital Learning:** Drive the implementation of cutting-edge digital tools and technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
- **Strategic Planning:** Monitor technological trends, assess the viability of new tools, and develop strategies for adoption and integration within the curriculum.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with faculty, staff, and cross-functional teams to improve educational technology and expand personalized learning opportunities for students.
- **Faculty Development:** Provide resources and support to faculty for the effective use of digital instructional tools, including AI and learning management systems.
- **Institutional Communication:** Establish effective communication channels to ensure faculty are well-equipped to adapt to technological advancements.
**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** A minimum of a Master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred).
- **Experience:** 5-7 years of experience in post-secondary education, with at least 2 years in strategic leadership or administrative roles in a digital learning environment.
- **Skills:** Strong leadership, effective communication, innovative problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
