**About The Role**
Reporting to the Dean of Innovative Learning, the Associate Dean (Digital Learning) will enhance teaching and learning excellence by identifying and implementing the latest digital tools, technologies, and platforms. This role involves monitoring technological trends, conducting viability assessments, and forecasting impacts to support initiatives like personalized learning. The Associate Dean will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of instructional technologies and lead cross-functional teams to coordinate Humber’s digital learning strategy.

**About You**
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred) and a strong background in digital pedagogies and education studies. In addition, the candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in post-secondary education, including at least 2 years in strategic leadership or administrative roles within a digital learning environment. Exceptional leadership skills, effective communication, and an innovative problem-solving approach are essential.
