We are hiring ambitious and forward-thinking team members in the Advisory team. You are an Associate Director with a minimum of 12 years post-graduate experience, looking for the next step or currently undertaking a similar role in a comparable environment. **Job Description**

As an Associate Director, you are expected to have:

- Expertise in delivering and advising on large-scale projects, including providing procurement, financial, and commercial advice for public and/or private sector clients.
- Cross-sector experience, with a strong background in public procurement, is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of PMO setup and implementation, including governance and oversight of project controls areas.
- Demonstrated advisory mentality with experience in strategic governance and transformation of complex projects.
- Experience in providing commercial advice for various contracting models such as P3, alliancing, construction management, and integrated project delivery.
- Ability to lead and manage end-to-end procurement advisory and contract administration.
- Familiarity with digital technologies and capital program management tools, such as data automation, analytics, reporting, and project controls software.
- Expertise in conducting effective contract and supplier management strategies with negotiation and commercial competence.
- Experience in leading teams, managing delivery, and mentoring talent.
- Skills in business development, marketing, and bid preparation to enhance service capability.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and presentation skills.

**Qualifications**

- A minimum of 12 years of experience in capital projects advisory.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or a similar field.
- PMI, APM, and/or AACE certification/designation is an asset.
- Proficient in MS Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
- Knowledge of best practices in project management and controls.
- Familiarity with technology and digital tools relevant to the role.
