**Position Summary:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise day-to-day operations of Associates, including performance appraisals and ongoing development.
- Prepare and provide periodic reports to management on investor relations topics and department initiatives.
- Review and discuss fund PPMs/OMs and trade documents.
- Act as the point of contact for priority fund investors and managers.
- Handle and resolve escalated items.
- Coordinate new client business meetings and communicate launch or conversion requirements.
- Analyze and review new client launch and conversion fund data.
- Work with external auditors and accounting to complete due diligence requests.
- Validate investor statements against accounting information.
- Review, approve, and release wires, maintaining wire instructions.
- Process investor transactions in accordance with offering documents.
- Maintain accurate and current databases and dashboards.
- Respond to inquiries from investors, fund managers, and internal teams.
- Perform other related duties as requested.

**What You Will Bring:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of financial services, mutual funds, hedge funds, or private equity funds preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
- Proven training skills and adaptability to diverse software/database applications
