**The Opportunity:**
The Assurance Learning Compliance Manager (CM) will lead compliance efforts within the Assurance Learning Team. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate continuous learning and professional development, ensuring compliance with all learning and development and academic integrity requirements within the Assurance practice.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage a compliance framework addressing regulatory reporting to PCAOB, CPAB, and ISQM1 controls, including maintaining records of learning activities and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and report on compliance with mandatory learning requirements, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions.
- Collaborate with the Assurance Learning Deployment and Content Assistant/Associate Directors to integrate compliance requirements into training programs and curricula.
- Support the Assurance Learning Leader in generating accurate and timely reporting for local office compliance metrics and regulatory responses.
- Manage and support the growth of service delivery accreditation requirements across sub-service lines.
- Oversee compliance management and reporting, ensuring timely assignment of learning and responses to learner queries.
- Manage a team of Learning Service Specialists and Learning Coordinators in compliance monitoring.
**Knowledge and Skills Requirements:**
- Expert level in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Proficient in MS Teams, Office 360, SuccessFactors, and SharePoint.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conceptualize and strategize business objectives.

**Salary Range:**
The salary range for this role in British Columbia is $92,300 to $153,800. Individual salaries are determined by factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and work location.
