**The Opportunity:**
The Assurance Learning Compliance Manager (CM) will lead compliance efforts within the Assurance Learning Team, collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate continuous learning and professional development. The CM is responsible for overseeing compliance with learning and development standards, including academic integrity requirements within the Assurance practice. Key responsibilities include developing compliance strategies, monitoring adherence to regulatory standards, managing increased learning volumes, and ensuring ISQM1 controls compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage a compliance framework for regulatory reporting to PCAOB, CPAB, and ISQM1 controls. Maintain records of learning activities and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and report on compliance with mandatory learning requirements, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust compliance strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with Assurance Learning Deployment and Content teams to integrate compliance requirements into training programs.
- Generate timely reporting to support local compliance metrics and regulatory responses.
- Oversee service delivery accreditation requirements across sub-service lines, including managing onboarding for new hires and returning staff.
- Manage offshore resources for compliance management and reporting.

**Team Management:**
- Supervise Learning Service Specialists and Learning Coordinators in compliance monitoring of all learning events.
- Collaborate with various national teams to share best practices and achieve consistency in learning policies.

**Reporting and Compliance:**
- Manage timely completion of learning compliance databases and non-compliance communications.
- Ensure adherence to required learning minimums and established quality controls.
- Oversee stakeholder reporting expectations, including inputs to the Assurance Quality Scorecard.

**Knowledge and Skills Requirements:**
- Expert level in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Proficient in MS Teams, Office 360, SuccessFactors, and SharePoint.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analysis, critical thinking, and design skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to exercise judgment in non-routine situations.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse team members.

**Salary Range:**
The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $92,300 to $153,800, determined by factors such as education, experience, and location.
