**Position: Learning Assistant Director/Manager (LM) - Assurance Learning Team**

**Description:**
We are seeking a Learning Assistant Director/Manager (LM) on the Assurance Learning Team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the deployment, planning, and delivery of the service line curriculum. You will have the opportunity to be involved with cross-service line learning initiatives, promoting overall synergies with the firm’s learning strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work with stakeholders across the Assurance practice, Talent, and Learning Teams to determine and deploy the learning calendar.
- Collaborate with the Assurance Learning Content team to produce course materials as required.
- Analyze course evaluations to recommend course revisions.
- Manage communications, including newsletters and updates to the broader team.
- Collaborate on the logistical planning of training events and management of on-site support staff.
- Supervise team members in the planning and delivery of sessions and monitor workflows for timely completion.
- Oversee the Learning Service Specialist (LSS) and Learning Coordinators (LC) in compliance monitoring of learning events.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to share best practices and achieve consistency in learning policies.
- Maintain annual budget and manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with company policies.

**Knowledge and Skills Requirements:**
- Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong people management skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in advanced Excel capabilities and MS Teams, Office 360, and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analysis and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

**Salary Range:**
The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $70,000 to $120,000, determined based on various factors including education, experience, and skills.
