**Job Posting: Automated Testing Specialist**

**Skill Set Requirements:**

**Automated Testing Skills:**
- Extensive experience with automated test tools such as Katalon, Selenium, Microfocus Unified Functional Testing (UFT), and Microfocus Load Runner 12.5.
- Strong experience in the use of performance testing tools, including JMeter.
- In-depth experience with ReadyAPI and Postman for automated testing.
- Proven experience in automated testing methods within an object-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with DEVOPS and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to provide organized automated application testing to support development and implementation efforts to remediate issues.
- Proficiency in automated API testing.

**Testing Experience:**
- 10+ years of experience in planning, organizing, and implementing testing efforts.
- Extensive experience in test automation development.
- Proficient with test management tools on platforms such as Azure DevOps and Microfocus ALM 12.5.
- Experience conducting AODA compliance audits and remediation.
- Strong understanding of the testing process and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile and DevOps.
- Experience in creating, reviewing, and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems/issues effectively.

**Technical Skills:**
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and DEVOPS methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud technology, specifically Microsoft Azure.
- Extensive experience with AODA compliance audit tools such as AXE and WAVE.
- Knowledge of Siebel (Registration Licensing System of Ontario), ESDI, and other Ministry Applications.
- Understanding of Licensing and Control Systems (LCS) and legacy mainframe systems.
- Experience with payment gateway services, specifically MPG/EPS.
- Proficiency in using mainframe tools such as TSO/SPF.
- Familiarity with ReadyAPI, web services, API technologies, OPA, and Java technologies.
- Experience with IMS/DB2/SQL/Oracle databases and UNIX environments.
- Proficiency in .NET platform technologies.
