**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Technical Instructor to provide technical instruction based on specified service training curriculum for technicians. Key responsibilities include:

- Participating in and planning a continuous rolling service training schedule, including managing the Learning Management System (LMS) (Cornerstone) and closing rosters after classes.
- Assisting in the review, maintenance, and development of curriculum, specific courses, and technical education methods (Zoom, Teams, LMS, Cornerstone, etc.).
- Determining core competencies, training needs, and developing training action plans for dealership staff.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the training center and maintaining assets, such as vehicles, equipment, storage, and security procedures.

**Qualifications**
- College diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
- Provincial Technician’s License or Interprovincial License is required.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical automotive position within an OEM.
- Highly competent in facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, well organized, and continuously learning about automotive technology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong team player with the ability to build and sustain credibility with dealer and internal teams.
- Must possess a valid passport to travel between Canada and the United States.
- Ability to work outside standard hours, as required.
