**Position Details**
The Learning & Development Department is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Bilingual Learning Consultant primarily supporting our Insurance line of business. In this role, you will consult with our business partners to design and develop large scale training programs using the most effective instructional methods and materials to enhance knowledge retention. You will utilize your energetic attitude and engaging public speaking skills to present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats. Staying current on the insurance industry as well as training and development trends is essential.
**Job Requirements**
- Post-secondary degree/diploma and a degree/certificate in Adult Education
- 5 years’ experience in consulting and managing stakeholders
- 5 years’ experience in design/development of large-scale training programs using various learning methods
- French and English language proficiency is required
- Experience in training delivery of in-person and virtual training sessions
- Insurance industry experience is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Occasional travel to offsite locations may be required
