**Position Details**
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Learning Consultant to join our Learning & Development Department, primarily supporting our Insurance line of business. In this role, you will:

- Consult with business partners to design and develop large-scale training programs using effective instructional methods and materials to enhance knowledge retention.
- Utilize your energetic attitude and public speaking skills to present information through various instructional techniques and formats.
- Stay current on the insurance industry and training and development trends to ensure the Learning & Development team remains at the forefront of the industry.

**Job Requirements**
- Post-secondary degree/diploma and a degree/certificate in Adult Education.
- 5 years of experience in consulting and managing stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in the design and development of large-scale training programs using different learning methods.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Experience in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Insurance industry experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Occasional travel to offsite locations may be required.
