**Location:** Toronto, Woodbridge
**Type of Employment:** Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, Onsite

**Position Overview:**
The Bi-Lingual Learning and Development Designer will design, develop, implement, and facilitate blended learning solutions for work area training while maintaining training documentation aligned with standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate will be passionate about continuous learning and skilled in creating content using adult learning principles.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain training materials in English and French, including facilitator guides, eLearning, assessments, and job aids.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess learning needs and translate knowledge into effective learning solutions.
- Facilitate instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) using adult learning principles.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify learner performance gaps and recommend improvements for training programs.
- Use the ADDIE instructional design model to create blended learning solutions, including micro-learning, gamification, and multimedia content.
- Analyze data to track training effectiveness and identify enhancement opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- CTP or CTDP designation is an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in instructional design, training delivery, and facilitation.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
- Strong technical skills in audio and video editing tools.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
