**Job Title: Learning and Development Coordinator**

**Location:** Toronto or Montreal, Canada (Temporary Contract: 12-18 months)

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Coordinator to join our HR Corporate Services Learning and Development team. This individual will provide administrative support to facilitate an exemplary learning experience. Ideal candidates will possess a strong attention to detail, an outstanding work ethic, and a positive attitude.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative and logistical support to learners and training facilitators.
- Address all learning requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Offer technical support and training for HR/learning management systems (e.g., Workday).
- Utilize software like Microsoft Teams for workshop facilitation.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal partners to enhance the learner experience.
- Organize and support on-site and virtual workshops.
- Ensure timely access to learning materials for participants.
- Manage learning survey data and generate reports as needed.
- Process and monitor training expenses and maintain learning calendars.
- Act as an ambassador for the Learning and Development Team and promote Intact as a top employer.
- Perform other related coordination and administrative duties as required.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required.
