**Bilingual Learning and Development Coordinator**
**About the Role**
We’re looking for a Bilingual Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Operational Performance Learning and Development department. In this full-time 15-month contract/secondment position, you will coordinate learning journeys for underwriters and underwriting assistants, ensuring the effective delivery of training programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the administration of learning management systems, including enrollments, course uploads, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in evaluating programs and learner performance through data collection and feedback.
- Coordinate scheduling, booking, and other logistical support for training events.
- Plan in-person training events, including room booking, catering, travel assistance, and schedule creation.
- Manage team administrative functions, including inbox monitoring and process improvements.
- Generate reports and create dashboards to track metrics.
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
- Experience in project coordination and managing multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in Learning and Development is desirable, including familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
- Administrative experience with the ability to manage various demands from multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft SharePoint and Contact/Workday experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CCM, Guichet, CLPSS, CCL2.0, or Halcion is an asset.
- Strong written communication, listening, and organizational skills.
- Adaptable, problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer service.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is essential for effective communication across the team.
