**Job Title: Bilingual Learning and Development Coordinator**
**About the Role**
We’re looking for a Bilingual Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Operational Performance Learning and Development department. This full-time, 15-month contract/secondment position will focus on coordinating learning journeys for underwriters and underwriting assistants. You will coordinate and support the delivery of training, prioritize requests, manage logistics, and measure results. Our hybrid model allows for a minimum of two days in the office and flexibility for remote work.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer learning management systems, including enrolments, course uploads, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with evaluating programs and learners, including data collection and feedback collation.
- Coordinate scheduling, booking, and support functions for training events.
- Assist in planning in-person training events, including room booking, catering, and travel arrangements.
- Manage team administrative tasks such as inbox monitoring, meetings, process improvements, and IT system requirements.
- Generate reports and create dashboards for various metrics.
**What You Will Bring**
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a remote team across Canada.
- Experience in project coordination, managing multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in Learning and Development, including administration of a learning management system (LMS).
- Strong administrative skills and ability to meet various stakeholder demands.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite; SharePoint administration experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with Contact/Workday systems is beneficial, as well as knowledge of CCM, Guichet, CLPSS, CCL2.0, or Halcion.
- Excellent written communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is essential for regular interaction with colleagues.
