**Job Title: Bilingual Learning and Development Coordinator**

**Location:** Hybrid (minimum of two days in office)

**Contract Duration:** Full-time, 15-month contract/secondment

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a Bilingual Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Operational Performance Learning and Development department. In this role, you will coordinate learning journeys for underwriters and underwriting assistants, manage training logistics, prioritize requests, and measure results.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the administration of learning management systems including enrollments, course uploads, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with the evaluation of training programs and learner feedback collection.
- Coordinate scheduling, booking, and logistics for training events.
- Plan in-person training events, including room booking, food ordering, and travel assistance.
- Manage team administrative functions, including inbox monitoring and meeting coordination.
- Generate reports and create dashboards for various metrics.

**Qualifications:**
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well remotely with a team across Canada.
- Experience coordinating projects and handling multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in Learning and Development and administering a learning management system (LMS) is desirable.
- Strong administrative background with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder demands.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Microsoft SharePoint experience is an asset.
- Working knowledge of Contact/Workday and familiarity with CCM, Guichet, CLPSS, CCL2.0, or Halcion is a plus.
- Excellent written communication, listening, and organizational skills.
- Adaptable, with a problem-solving attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Proven team player with a drive to achieve goals.
- Bilingualism is essential for regular interaction with English and French-speaking colleagues.
