**Description:**
Are you a team player with strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment? Join our friendly Dealer Services Business Transformation Team as a Business Analyst! This role involves collaborating with our IT development teams to ensure customer needs are met while prioritizing and maximizing value.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze system issues across Dealer Services and engage IT teams to implement solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners on projects, from inception to delivery.
- Support release implementation, testing, and training on new features.
- Balance daily priorities such as project work, support requests, and managed processes.
- Handle system escalations and work with IT and business stakeholders to provide efficient solutions.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 1-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or within Dealer Services.
- Familiarity with analysis methods (e.g., BABOK) and Agile SAFe Methodology.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Technical experience in Dealer Services systems is an advantage.
- Project management experience for small to medium projects is preferred.
- Finance/Insurance industry experience is a bonus.
- Bilingual (French-English) skills are an asset; English proficiency is a must.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is required.
