**Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to provide a comprehensive range of IT business analysis services for our clients with diverse business and technological needs. This role involves interacting with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and document their requirements.

**Responsibilities:**
- Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements.
- Facilitate Joint Analysis and Design (JAD) sessions to assess business problems and opportunities.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing and map requirements to system test plans.
- Customize presentations and documentation for various user bases.
- Prepare a variety of Business Analysis documents and artifacts, including Business Requirements Documents, Use Case Models, User Stories, Business Process Workflow Diagrams, and more.
- Conduct business analysis in accordance with established project methodologies and standards.
- Drive the user acceptance testing process and ensure system integrity.
- Act as a liaison for cross-functional teams, organizing meetings to validate requirements.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report to management.

**Skills and Experience:**
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, leading meetings and managing stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with working in a Project environment and experience in highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Ontario Digital Service Standards and Accessibility regulations (AODA).
- Expertise in information and data management, including data modeling and flow diagrams.
- Proficient in various business analysis methods, tools, and techniques.

**Must-Haves:**
- Proven experience in leading business analysis efforts and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to assist with data migration activities and quality assurance testing.
