**The Opportunity**
We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our high-achieving, diverse, and innovative team. This position is ideal for candidates who have practical experience through internships or co-op programs and are eager to launch their careers in project management consulting. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior consultants, project teams, and clients to analyze business needs, support project execution, and provide actionable insights to drive successful outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and map current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized workflows.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Develop clear reports and visualizations to present findings.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Create concise documentation and visual aids.
- Support clients in adopting new systems by delivering end-user training sessions and facilitating workshops.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to align business and technical requirements, proactively identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Document business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Analyze business processes and recommend changes to improve efficiency.
- Deliver training and support to end-users on project deliverables.
- Prepare, review, and edit communications to ensure professionalism and clarity.
- Participate in client meetings, providing updates on project progress and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on project status, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in project management, consulting, or a related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or project management tools (e.g., MS Project) is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to grow in business analysis.
- Experience in a client-facing environment; consulting experience is an asset.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to work outside regular business hours as required.
- Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, or willing to relocate.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
