**Job Title: Business Analyst**

**Job Description:**

As a Business Analyst, you will investigate and identify strategies to optimize business operations and services that inform business decisions. You will define business requirements to guide technology build and operations by sourcing and analyzing relevant data, reviewing and documenting business processes, and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source business and market data to evaluate the effect of projects on business results.
- Assess the efficiency and performance of technology (software, hardware, IT systems) to ensure expected business results.
- Identify and analyze malfunctions, system workflows, and troubleshoot issues raised by the business.
- Elicit requirements and analyze feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve expected business outcomes.
- Support various project teams across the project lifecycle to align development with business requirements.
- Develop informative, coherent, and usable project documents for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Apply depth of domain and functional expertise for the assigned portfolio to drive expected business value.
- Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations for strategic problems.
- Build test cases to validate business requirements and End-User Testing results.
- Think creatively and propose new solutions, exercising judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems.

**Qualifications:**
- Foundational proficiency in Agile Delivery and Development, Data Analysis, Process Improvement, and Optimization.
- Strong skills in Stakeholder Analysis and Management, Systems Thinking, and Business Requirements Definition.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Salary:** $49,000.00 - $90,800.00 (Salaried)
