**What You’ll Be Doing:**
As a Business Analyst in the Treasury CFO group, you will provide finance services through effective governance and decision support processes which include financial, management, and regulatory reporting, and financial analysis. You will contribute to process improvement initiatives, assist Middle Office analysts, maintain existing processes, develop new reports, and test new systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support Finance's process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and assist in Treasury, Capital Markets, and Wholesale Banking initiatives.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Risk Management, and Finance teams.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
**Qualifications:**
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution and returning to full-time studies.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of database design and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (including VBA) and programming knowledge (e.g., Java, PHP, Python) is an asset.
