**Position Summary**
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for the London and area to develop business relationships with our referral partners and work closely with their clients. Your performance will be measured against quarterly and annual quotas and rewarded with a competitive base salary, commission structure, an annual bonus program, a car allowance, and a benefits program.

**Major Elements of the Role:**
- Deliver established sales targets and actively manage territory
- Generate revenue and achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas
- Define and implement sales strategies
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to funding
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners through virtual presentations and meetings
- Develop product knowledge and sales skills
- Manage territory relationships using Salesforce
- Provide activity management reports
- Customize sales programs to effectively represent our products

**Skills and Experience Required:**
- Minimum of 8 years of financial services sales experience
- Post-secondary education or equivalent preferred
- Business development, territory management, credit, or mortgage brokering experience preferred
