**Position Summary:**
The role of a Business Development Manager is to develop business relationships with our referral partners and work closely with their clients. Your performance will be measured against quarterly and annual quotas, with a competitive base salary, commission, annual bonus program, car allowance, benefits, and a fully-equipped home office.

**Major Responsibilities:**
- Deliver established sales targets and manage the territory actively.
- Generate revenue and achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas.
- Close sales by managing the sales process from initial contact to funding, while coordinating with third-party participants.
- Utilize disciplined, innovative, and organized methods to grow the market through calls, emails, and webinars.
- Develop and maintain relationships with established corporate partners through virtual Product Awareness Presentations and regular meetings.
- Ongoing development of product knowledge, sales skills, and relationship management techniques.
- Manage relationships using Salesforce and provide activity management reports.
- Create and customize approved sales programs to ensure effective product representation.

**Skills and Experience Required:**
- Minimum of 8 years of financial services sales experience.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in business development, territory management, credit, or mortgage brokering preferred.
