**About the Role**
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be an integral part of our outbound sales team, focusing on booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives through cold calling prospective customers. Your quota will be based on the number of qualified demos you set.
**Responsibilities**
- Introduce potential customers to WellnessLiving through cold calls, explaining how our software can help their business attract, convert, and retain clients.
- Generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
- Become proficient in prospecting, identifying decision-makers, and recognizing areas where WellnessLiving can provide assistance.
- Manage your pipeline, opportunities, and daily activities in Salesforce.
**What to Expect as a New BDR**
- **First Month:** Participate in onboarding, engage with peers, and develop essential BDR skills. Aim for 2 qualified demos.
- **Second Month:** Enhance sales skills and target 100 outbound calls daily, striving for 5 qualified demos.
- **Third Month:** Refine processes, aiming for 110 calls per day and a final ramp quota of 7 qualified demos.

**Our Interview Process**
