**Sales Organization Description:**
Our Sales Organization encompasses multiple business segments, selling across various verticals, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and more. The Business Development Representative (BDR) team plays a crucial role in generating new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and extensive account research.

- Manage inbound leads driven by outbound efforts.
- Nurture early-stage opportunities through outreach.
- Conduct outbound cold calling to existing Salesforce customers and net new logos in your assigned territory.
- Partner with core sellers to identify and source new pipeline through account research.
- Identify key decision-makers within new accounts.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with creative thinking.
- Experience in researching, account planning, and prospecting.
- Proven track record in achieving sales metrics and quotas.
