**The Opportunity**
We are hiring a Business Development Representative to drive sales growth in the North American and EMEA markets, supporting our Enterprise segment.
**What You Will Do**
- Responsible for lead generation and pipeline growth in a specific territory of targeted brands.
- Gather relevant insights to tailor outreach efforts for high conversion rates.
- Actively prospect Tier 1 brands daily and maintain communication with existing leads.
- Manage the initial part of the sales cycle, coordinating discovery calls for Directors through email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Collaborate with Business Development Directors for smooth transitions.
- Engage with executives at various organizational levels.
- Manage multiple campaigns while providing quality service to potential clients.
- Promote networking events for Flywheel solutions and identify potential future clients.
- Work collaboratively within the organization across multiple teams.
- Contribute to thought leadership and build brand awareness on LinkedIn.
**Who You Are**
- 1+ years of sales experience, particularly in mid-market to enterprise solutions.
- Comfortable conversing with stakeholders and leaders.
- Adaptable with ongoing projects and business needs.
- Ability to develop relationships with C-Level leadership.
- Highly motivated with a hunter mentality.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine care for client outcomes.
- Experienced in managing external relationships for mutual goals.
- Solution-oriented and adept at navigating ambiguous situations.
- Proficient in analyzing dashboards and spreadsheets, with basic Excel skills.
- A proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed.
