Our team solves real-world business challenges across various industries and products using Meta's platforms. This includes Video, Commerce, Monetization, Metaverse, Gaming, Creators, AI, Messaging, and more.

**Responsibilities:**
- Build new products and enhance existing ones in collaboration with Meta product engineering teams and cross-functional partners.
- Utilize deep knowledge of products, technologies, and business to develop scalable solutions.
- Design and construct end-to-end systems and strategies for product launches.
- Foster productive relationships with partners using both technical and soft skills to resolve complex needs.
- Deliver high-quality project and partner engagements, influencing product roadmaps to align with business requirements.
- Guide workflow changes, gain stakeholder consensus, and drive towards solutions.
- Maintain effective communication with industry partners and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners to develop long-term strategic plans and manage integrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical counterparts.
- Mentor team members and share knowledge to create a positive work environment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Influence decision-making by presenting data-driven business topics.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and consult on domain-level projects.
- Participate in the interviewing and onboarding of new team members.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time (domestically and internationally).

**Minimum Qualifications:**
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record of delivering production-quality code.
- Proficiency in open source languages such as PHP, Python, Java, or JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in writing and shipping reliable, scalable, and maintainable code, including relevant documentation and test plans.
- Strong background in software design and architecture.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field (degree must be completed prior to joining Meta).

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with open source contributions and maintaining shared code repositories.
- Experience working collaboratively in multi-person code bases, whether open-source or personal projects.
- Familiarity with contributing to developer and platform documentation.
- Experience in client/partner-facing roles and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with high-collaboration environments.

**Compensation:**
