**Position Overview:**

As a Business Field Sales Agent at OSL, you will play a vital role in our sales team, driving B2B sales and market penetration within the MDU sales vertical, specifically targeting property management companies and property managers. Reporting to the Sales Team Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Driving B2B sales and market penetration within the MDU sales vertical through prospecting, lead generation, and client engagement.
- Conducting in-person sales presentations and demonstrations for Amazon Key solutions tailored to the property management sector.
- Collaborating with the sales team and cross-functional departments to execute sales strategies effectively.
- Providing regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback to the Sales Team Manager.
- Seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance sales performance and efficiency.
- Representing our partner's brand with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in a field sales or customer-facing role targeting property management companies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
