**The Opportunity:**
As an operational data subject matter expert, you will collect, organize, and analyze data, translating it into compelling reports and presentations for internal and external clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and drive performance improvements.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, and Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business reporting needs.
- Provide detailed reports ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
- Develop and implement protocols for standardized data extraction.
- Identify business opportunities through data analysis.
- Monitor and improve reporting processes.
- Support the technical team in optimizing data workflows.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including complex queries.
- 5 years of experience in data visualization and dashboard development using Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- At least 1 year of experience with Azure Data Factory, Spark SQL, T-SQL, Git, and Python.
- Preferred experience with Data Lakehouse architecture on Databricks.
- Experience in pharma, insurance, finance, or healthcare is a plus.
- Degree in Data Science, Business, or related field.
