**Position: Business Process Manager**
As a Business Process Manager, you will lead business process change management initiatives and provide expertise in support of Fidelity Canada’s strategic goals. Your responsibilities will focus on several key areas:
**What You Will Do**
- Lead discovery work for business initiatives and facilitate problem-solving workshops.
- Analyze complex business issues, identify pain points, and communicate issues clearly to stakeholders.
- Identify process risks and collaboratively design solutions to minimize those risks.
- Develop End-to-End process and value stream mapping to capture current and future state process designs.
- Manage business change management assignments to successful completion, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare documentation of changes in business processes and support the Learning & Development team in training material creation.
- Prepare effective communication and presentations for stakeholder groups and senior management.
**Collaboration & Innovation**
- Maintain a strong alliance with the Fidelity Canada Risk team to ensure a focus on risk reduction.
- Identify process management needs with business partners and promote BPM techniques.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure alignment with IT tools and advanced technologies.
**What We Are Looking For**
- Post-secondary education in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in roles related to Business Project Management, Business Process Management, or Business Architecture, preferably in the financial industry.
- BPM certifications (in place or in progress) would be considered an asset.
