**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a Business Process Owner - Source to Pay (Business Systems Analyst). This role involves optimizing our business processes through technology with an enterprise view. The BPO will enable scalability and profitable growth by strengthening our capabilities and delivering leading practices.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Act as a key ambassador for the organization’s vision and overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve company goals.
- Drive transformation and efficiency in core processes.
- Lead SAP module implementations and ensure technology is leveraged effectively.
- Educate and support business members in process improvements.
- Maintain documentation of workflows, job aids, and training resources.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 10 years in Food Manufacturing with a strong background in the Source to Pay Business Process Domain.
- Extensive experience with SAP S/4 HANA and overall ERP processes.
- Outstanding project management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

**Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Continuous Improvement certification (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- SAP HANA certification related to the domain area is an asset.
