**Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA)**

**Pay Rate:** $70 - $80 per hour on contract

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with a team of 25-30 BSAs on FX trading system initiatives.
- Manage projects ranging from medium to large scale (3 months - 1 year).
- Work on Agile/Hybrid projects.
- Participate in Azure Cloud Transformations.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of BSA experience.
- Experience in writing Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Software Requirements Documents (SRD).
- Proficient in using Confluence.
- Ability to create User Stories.
- Strong experience with data flows.
- Capability to identify key stakeholders within projects.
- 2+ years of experience with FX Trading Systems (e.g., Wall Street, Calypso, or Murex).

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
- Experience leading an end-to-end project.
- Familiarity with Cloud Transformations using Azure.
- Experience with Wall Street Core Applications.
